Your order will be shipped in 1–3 days.
A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you when your package has been shipped. This delivery confirmation also provides information on how to track your order.
In the event of a production delay, you can cancel your purchase free of charge.

We are not liable for any delays caused by the logistics company. Customs fees and tax duties may apply, please contact your local customs service for more information.
How to return an item
You can always return or exchange your item within 30 days. We will refund the entire amount within 14 days of receipt of your return, but you must pay any return shipping costs yourself. All returns are recycled.
Items that you have begun to assemble cannot be returned.
If you would like to return your item, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Warranties and guarantees
You have a three-year legal guarantee and a one-year commercial warranty on our products. The warranty covers product defects existing at the time of delivery. Damaged or defective products can be returned free of shipping charges and exchanged free of charge.
Check that the product meets your expectations before assembly because assembly costs will not be reimbursed if you report a defect. If you ordered wallpaper, the easiest way to check is to cut the strips and place them alongside each other. You may still return the wallpaper even if you have cut the strips.
We always try to resolve any issues with our customers directly. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
No membership or password is required to complete your order, but you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of your parent or guardian.
Your order confirmation and delivery confirmation will be emailed to you. The delivery confirmation includes a link to track your package.

How long do we hold your personal data?
We never save your personal data longer than is necessary to complete the errand in question.
We offer secure payment in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB. During the payment process, you will be taken to a secure, SSL-certified page provided by Klarna Bank AB. Here you may safely enter your data and complete the payment. We never handle or store your card details.
Using cookies enables us to track visitors so we can show relevant material when we advertise online. This means you may see ads for products you viewed while visiting our shop when you visit other websites.
Integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge
